Preparation for fired brick construction
The laying quality of fired bricks directly affects the overall quality, so in addition to high-quality products, preparation work before construction should also be done well. Auxiliary materials during the construction process are essential and must ensure quality standards. The editor has summarized the work that needs to be prepared for construction, including the following:
1. Fired bricks: The flexural strength grade is Cf5.0, the frost resistance grade is F200, and the specifications are 20cm × 10cm × 6cm. When entering the site, there should be a factory certificate of conformity and concrete strength pressure test records. And conduct a visual inspection of the concrete slab, ensuring that the surface is dense, free from rough surfaces, cracks, and peeling. The corners should be square, without distortion, missing corners, or missing edges. Allowable deviation of the plate: length and width ± 2.0mm, thickness ± 2.0mm, flatness 1mm, verticality 1mm.
2. Tactile paving brick: the size is 20cm × 20cm × 5cm, the compressive strength and bending strength meet the design requirements, and its specifications and varieties are selected according to the design requirements. The appearance corners are neat and square, the surface is smooth and flat, without distortion, missing corners, and falling edges. The factory certificate shall be provided when entering the site.
3. Sand: coarse sand, medium sand.
4. Cement: Ordinary Portland cement or slag Portland cement of grade 32.5 or above, with a factory certificate of conformity.
5. Main machines and tools: small buckets, half buckets, brooms, flat shovel, iron trowels, large wooden bars, small wooden bars, screens, window screen screens, watering cans, hammers, rubber hammers, chisels, slides, plate clamps, carrying poles, trolleys, etc.
6. Preparation of construction personnel: 1 technical leader, 2 surveyors, and 1 quality inspector.
