Sintered bricks have both certain strength and good insulation and sound insulation properties. In winter, indoor walls will not have condensation, and the price is low. Although various new wall materials continue to emerge, sintered bricks will still be used as a primary material in masonry projects in the near future.
1. In terms of brick thickness, sintered bricks have much higher strength than cement bricks. When paving, it is recommended to use 40mm for pedestrian walkways, 50mm for vehicular and fire lanes, and 60mm for heavy-duty lanes.
2. Due to the high temperature environment of 1100 ℃ to 1200 ℃, sintered bricks have a size error of ± 2mm
3. Size: Its standard size is 240mm × 115mm × 53mm (plus the thickness of the mortar joint used for masonry, then 4 bricks are long, 8 bricks are wide, and 16 bricks are exactly 1m thick, so 512 bricks are required for each cubic meter of brick masonry)
