Extrusion brick molding parameters:
1. Temperature
The molding temperature of extruded bricks includes barrel temperature, plastic temperature, and screw temperature. Usually, we measure the barrel temperature. The temperature is controlled by the heating and cooling system. Due to factors such as screw layout, unstable heating and cooling system, and changes in screw speed, the temperature of the extruded material fluctuates radially and axially, which affects the quality of the finished product. The strength of each point of the finished product is different, resulting in residual stress and a dull and dull appearance. To ensure the quality of the finished product, the temperature should be stable.
2. Pressure
Due to the layout of the screw and barrel, as well as the resistance of the machine head, filter screen, and filter plate, there is pressure inside the plastic. The pressure changes as shown in the figure, and there is shaking when the pressure is the same.
