Instructions for using fired bricks
Fired bricks can be widely used not only for their performance advantages but also for their convenience. Simply put, this product is easy to use and operate. This is crucial for a product, and fired bricks are easy to use. The basic usage method is as follows:
1. Mix the adhesive paste with water at a ratio of about 3.3:1 (25kg/pack with approximately 7.5kg of water) until it becomes a paste like substance. After standing still for 10 minutes, stir again before use.
2. Use a toothed scraper to evenly apply the adhesive on the working surface. Apply about 1m2 of fired bricks each time, and then knead and press the tiles (without soaking them in water) on top.
3. Ceramic tiles or stones with deep grooves on the back should be plastered not only on the working surface, but also on the back of the tiles or stones.
4. Leave at least 1.5mm gap between bricks, and it is recommended to use PSN anti mold sealant to fill the gaps.
5. After 24 hours of laying bricks, you can step in or fill the joints. Generally speaking, it will be done after half an hour, which means that the task has been accomplished.
