Through previous learning and understanding,I believe that everyone is no longer unfamiliar with fired bricks.Today,in order to broaden everyone's knowledge, the editor will briefly introduce the knowledge content about the molding process of fired bricks, hoping to attract everyone's attention and have a deeper understanding of it:as the name suggests, any brick fired at high temperature can be called fired brick, which usually has two different production processes:
Generally speaking, the compression molding process is produced for refractory material factories. The fired bricks produced in this way have no advantages, are not frost resistant, not pressure resistant, and the products are not environmentally friendly. The fundamental reason is that these products are not suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration because they cannot meet the standards and requirements of decoration;Of course, there are also many suppliers who use this product in outdoor squares, residential areas, villas, etc.to save costs, but its quality is indeed far inferior to products produced by other processes.
Additionally, the editor would like to introduce the extrusion molding process.Generally speaking, this type of brick is the real fired brick(also known as Dalian brick or Pacific brick),and its major feature is environmental protection-this is mainly because after high-temperature sintering, most of the harmful substances in the product are evaporated;Secondly, the product has high strength and durability; But in fact, fired bricks are not permeable, and the water absorption rate of good fired bricks is usually very low, controlled below 8%.The permeability of sintered paving bricks is through the gaps between bricks.
The above are two aspects about the sintering brick forming process, hoping to help everyone have a better understanding of this process!
