I believe everyone is familiar with fired bricks, which have a wide range of applications in our lives. Generally speaking, the properties of this product are closely related to its production process. Products with high hardness are more practical. So, how can we improve its hardness?
1、 The pressing should be firm. At the mud tank, vacuum treatment is carried out to remove the air in the clay with a vacuum machine. As a result, the brick has strong hardness after drying. No plasticity is required during production, it can be obtained immediately.
2、 The clay should be thoroughly mixed, and the clay should be pressed into a thin pancake shape using a rolling machine before being sent to the mixer.
3、 A few days before producing fired bricks, adjust the moisture content of the clay according to different weather conditions to ensure its plasticity. In this case, the produced green bricks can have sharp edges and high density.
4、 Use red sticky clay with good viscosity to fully ferment the clay in the soil field.
Through the above introduction, we have found that in order to improve the hardness of fired bricks, it is necessary to follow the specifications during production and pay attention to some small details, such as firing time and sufficient mixing, which will directly affect the properties of the finished product.
