After two days of laying the green gray sintered bricks, coarse sand should be used to sweep the joints, fill the joints tightly, and clean the surface layer. After the bonding layer reaches its strength, people can walk on it. After the surface layer is laid, it should be watered and cured for at least 7 days.
Quality requirements: The surface of the green grey sintered brick should be free of obvious defects such as cracks, corners, and warping. The surface layer should be smooth and clean, with clear patterns, consistent color, uniform and straight joints. The surface flatness shall not exceed 3mm, the straightness of the joint grid shall not exceed 2mm, the height difference of the joint shall not exceed 1.5mm, and the width of the plate gap shall not exceed 3mm.
Finished product protection: If the mortar of the green ash sintered brick has not reached 48 hours, it is prohibited for people to enter, let alone for heavy vehicles and materials to be stacked. The surrounding area of the pavement shall be enclosed with ropes, warning signs shall be placed, and workers shall be responsible for the protection of the finished products. Mixing mortar and other construction operations shall not be carried out on the completed surface layer.
